Specified Commercial Transactions

1. Sales Price / Service Fees

The prices for each subscription plan are as follows:

• Jonokuchi Plan: $5.00 (USD) / CN¥29.99 (CNY) per month
• Makushita Plan: $20.00 (USD) / CN¥129.99 (CNY) per month

* Prices are tax-inclusive. For Alipay payments, billing is in Chinese yuan (CNY). The amount billed in your local currency may vary depending on exchange rates.

2. Additional Fees

Internet connection charges and other telecommunication costs must be arranged separately by the customer (amounts as determined by each provider you have contracted with).

3. Payment Methods

Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) and Alipay.

* Payments are processed using Stripe's payment system.

4. Timing of Payment

Your registered credit card is automatically charged at the start of the subscription and on each monthly renewal date.

The actual withdrawal date varies depending on your credit card's closing date and contract terms. For details, please contact your card issuer.

5. Timing of Service Provision

The subscription service becomes available immediately after payment is completed.

The banzuke (sumo ranking sheet), a benefit of the Makushita Plan, is shipped to your registered address with shipping included during the months of the Tokyo tournaments (September, January, May). Shipping is generally scheduled for the middle of each tournament month.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for the Makushita Plan's banzuke (Tokyo tournaments) are included in the subscription fee, and no additional shipping charges apply.

7. Returns and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available after the service has started.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from My Page. Even after cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.

If a banzuke cannot be delivered, we will re-ship it only in cases attributable to us.
